14.4.2014 Cizur menor

4th day: Cizur menor - Puente la Reina
20,4 Kms (cum. 93,2 Kms)

It was a really nice walk today. The weather was more than pleasant, and I even found it too hot around noon. Despite of that I decided to wear extra clothing since I still keep walking with higher temperature and don't want my cold to go worse.
As I have found out later in the evening, I am not only one having medical problems. A German girl sleeping on the bed just below me had her ankle twisted and can't walk, so will be taking a bus tomorrow to the following destination which is Estella. Also an Italian guy had dislocated his ankle but keeps trying to walk the Camino using crutches. And another guy appeared here with his nose all scratched and bloody and his hand in bandages. Apparently he fell on the road while reading with his full gear on.
I decided today to make a reevaluation of the things I carry and to send some hings I don't consider essential back home. Therefore after my arrival to Puenta la Reina, I headed to the Post office in the hope of having it sorted out, but it is open during a weak only until 2:30p.m. "MaƱana style"! So I guess I will have to carry my heavy backpack until I find a place with a postal service wither normal opening hours which might be tomorrow in Estella.

Is Spain trying to be the alternative energy hub?
